How to find tests and get them covered by your insurance

  • The federal guidelines allow you to be reimbursed for up to 8 OTC at-home tests per person per month, for everyone age 2 and older enrolled in your health plan.

  • Tests must be FDA approved – such as Binax, IHealth, etc.

  • You do not need a prescription, but the process varies depending on your insurance.
